lush greenery spacious room breakfast buffet poor kids club non existent service loud noise
The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush greenery. Our beautiful double room garden view was very spacious. Staff ensured our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from, EVERYTHING was delicious!!!
The kids club was not well-kept. It seemed dark and not very engaging for children. I found that the service at the pool was non-existent.

beach access beach bar shuttle arrangement
the beachfront bungalow had great views and direct access to the beach. the beach bar was conveniently located near our bungalow. the staff arranged another car when the shuttle was full. i would come again.
the superior room could use some upgrades. when i took a shower, the bathroom flooded.

the staff was friendly and helpful with luggage and questions. mr trung assisted us. a free shuttle runs to the town multiple times daily.

our bungalow was luxurious. the room was spacious and clean. there were free coconuts from trees on the resort. the rooms are also comfortable, and our villa was lovely.

Wonderful beach experience
huge selection good food
i stayed in a beautiful double room sea view and the view was good. breakfast had a huge selection and good quality food. i also spent time at the beach bar, and staff are funny and kind.

asian dishes strong breakfast
the gym is equipped well. i found a selection of machines and free weights there. the breakfast offered many options. there were both western and asian dishes available.
i noticed the air conditioning in the lobby was not very strong.

the cleaning wasn't great i noticed hair in the bathroom and dust on the lamps the staff also didn't seem to handle the noise from other guests well toddlers screamed at breakfast parents didn't manage them and there was no separate area for families it made mornings very stressful.

The breakfast buffet was extensive. Enough food was available for everyone. the shuttle service to the city was convenient. It had several scheduled timings.
The gym was very old, and it needed renewal. the sauna did not smell good. It was also very tiny and unusable.

The hotel provided towels separately for the beach and the pool! that was convenient. shuttle service to the nearby town and back was available. the location was good. It was only a short distance from the town.
breakfast seemed a bit short staffed and chaotic on the day it rained.
